Customer Experience, AI, and New Ideas: 2be at infinit.cx in Munich

4 Min.

A day full of new inspiration, exciting conversations, and fresh ideas: Together with several partners, Matthias attended Detecon’s 2nd Consultant Day hosted by infinit.cx in Munich. The focus was on a question that’s currently on the minds of many companies: How can customer communication be made smarter, more efficient, and at the same time more personalized in the future?

Customer expectations are changing rapidly. Communication needs to be fast, personalized, cross-channel, and as straightforward as possible. At the same time, companies face the challenge of making processes more efficient, reducing the workload on employees, and integrating new technologies effectively into existing structures.

It is precisely at this intersection that customer experience, modern communication platforms, and artificial intelligence come together. As became clear at the Consultant Day, it is no longer a matter of using individual tools in isolation. What matters most is the interplay between technology, processes, data, strategy, and the people who work with them.

Focus on Modern Communication Platforms and Agentic AI

With comprehensive product expertise and years of hands-on experience, infinit.cx helps companies unlock the full potential of modern communication solutions. Among other things, the company focuses on platforms such as Genesys and Sprinklr as well as Agentic AI solutions from Parloa and Cognigy.

The key questions here are: Where can AI actually improve customer communication? Which processes can be intelligently automated? How can companies respond more quickly without losing a sense of personal connection? And how must existing workflows be designed so that new technologies can actually have an impact?

Agentic AI, in particular, illustrates just how much customer service and communication could change in the coming years. AI systems are increasingly evolving from purely assistive solutions into systems that can independently handle tasks, prepare decisions, and support complex processes.

Workshops, exchanges, and new approaches

Together with numerous moderators, experts, and partners, the event in Munich sparked in-depth discussions, new perspectives, and concrete solutions. The focus was not only on the current state of the art, but above all on the question of which topics will truly be relevant for companies in the coming months and years. Some of the approaches that emerged have the potential to have an impact far beyond individual projects. We won’t reveal any more at this point—but one thing is certain: exciting ideas have been set in motion here.

A key insight that also aligns very well with our work at 2be: New technologies do not automatically deliver value. An AI solution does not in itself make for an intelligent process. A new platform does not automatically improve customer communication. And a modern tool does not solve structural problems if processes, responsibilities, and goals are not clearly defined.

The 2nd Consultant Day in Munich demonstrated just how valuable open dialogue between different disciplines, partners, and perspectives can be. When technological expertise, strategic thinking, and practical experience come together, solutions emerge that can truly help companies move forward. A heartfelt thank you to Thomas Denk, Markus Lill, Kai Nörtemann, Evelyn van Haastert-Heine, and the entire infinit.cx team, as well as to everyone involved, for the excellent organization, the engaging workshops, and the open dialogue.

Nuremberg Digital Festival 2026: Rabbit Hole Group goes to the start together

4 Min.

When digitalization, AI, exciting minds and good conversations come together, then you can be pretty sure that the Nuremberg Digital Festival. And when the Rabbit Hole Group makes its way together, an exciting event quickly becomes a must-attend event. We at 2be die markenmacher are delighted to be part of the festival together with our partners as the Rabbit Hole Group – with two presentations, lots of discussions and topics that could hardly be more topical.

And the best thing first: the Nuremberg Digital Festival is free, open to everyone and definitely worth a visit. Anyone interested in digitalization, future topics, AI or simply exciting people and new perspectives should not miss it.

Together live on June 23 at the Nuremberg Digital Week

On this day, the Rabbit Hole Group will take the stage several times – and bring different perspectives on current digital topics. The whole thing takes place in a really great location: The Consorsbank in Nuremberg is providing the premises for this event. A big thank you for this already now.

Among others, they include:

And everyone brings not only experience, but above all topics that could hardly be more topical.

Digital sovereignty: why we don’t need to rely on tech giants

16:00 – 17:00 hrs | Matthias Brinkmann from 2be die markenmacher and Anton Dollmaier from AD IT Systems.

Matthias and Anton kick things off by addressing a topic that is becoming increasingly relevant: digital independence.
How independent are companies really today? Between cloud dependencies, international platforms, software monopolies and geopolitical discussions, this question is no longer a theoretical one.

The presentation will focus on perspectives, challenges and pragmatic approaches for companies that want to remain digitally agile.

Education & AI – More than just chatGPT in the classroom

18:00 – 19:00 | Antonia Engfors from Systaro GmbH and Jozo Lagetar from Lagetar Solutions

Antonia and Jozo will take over immediately afterwards. Their joint presentation on “Education & AI” will focus on how artificial intelligence can be used sensibly in educational processes – in a practical, understandable way and without unnecessary buzzword bingo.
Because, as we all know, there is still a pretty exciting middle ground between blind AI hype and skeptical wait-and-see.

And in between? Time for real conversations. Not every good impulse happens on a stage. Between the presentations, there is deliberately enough time for chatting, networking, asking questions and exchanging ideas. After all, that’s what makes such events special: not just taking away input, but meeting people, hearing perspectives and perhaps even taking home new ideas or partnerships.

It pays to be quick

The Nuremberg Digital Festival itself is free of charge and generally highly recommended.
However, only a few places are still available for the Rabbit Hole Group lectures on June 23.
So if you want to be there, you’d better not wait until the calendar says “sometime” to register.

Secure your place now and register:
Digital sovereignty: why we don’t need to rely on tech giants
Education & AI – More than just chatGPT in the classroom

And because anticipation is the greatest joy, Saskia Roscher has already shown Matthias and Anton the premises live on site. The verdict? It fits. Really well, in fact. Exactly the kind of location where good conversations, new ideas and honest exchanges can take place.

We look forward to seeing familiar faces, making new contacts and an exciting afternoon full of exchanges, ideas and digital perspectives.

AI in sales: why the hybrid approach is unbeatable

< 1 Min.

AI takes over sales – sounds like a successful model, doesn’t it?

Unfortunately, no. Studies by Deloitte, Gartner and McKinsey are surprisingly unanimous: over 95 percent of companies did not see any measurable success once AI had completely taken over large parts of their sales tasks.

Why pure AI solutions fail

The reasons are actually obvious: AI can do a lot – but relationship management, flexibility and genuine trust-building are not among its strengths. However, it is precisely these factors that are crucial if sales work is to be successful. So does that mean: Hands off AI? Not at all! Even top salespeople only spend around a third of their time on actual sales activities. The rest? Administration, preparation, follow-up and data maintenance. And this is where AI really comes into its own.

Where AI really shines

When AI is used as targeted support, productivity increases noticeably – especially in relation to costs. Differences in quality between individual sales teams or employees can also be significantly reduced.

And not to forget: AI bots know no breaks and no end of work 😉

Use of AI: define your own goals and processes!

2 Min.

We hear this question all the time: “Which AI tool is the best?
Our honest answer: there is no such thing as the perfect tool.

Before clicking through tool lists or buying licenses, something much more important is needed – preparatory work. Really good results with AI can only be achieved if everyone involved sits down together first and clarifies what they want to achieve: What do we actually want to achieve? What processes are already in place? And where does the shoe really pinch?

Why many AI projects fail early on

The fact that AI projects often stall in the start-up phase is rarely due to the tool itself. In most cases, there is no clear plan, because AI is not a ready-made, off-the-shelf solution – it only becomes real added value through the right combination of several tools.

The key questions are therefore:

  • Which processes are currently sluggish or inefficient – and why?
  • Which recurring, time-consuming tasks could AI take over?
  • Where can employees be creative again instead of just documenting or recording?

From concept to lived practice

Whether in the end ChatGPT, QuillBot, Mistral, CapCut or completely different tools are used is of secondary importance. The decisive factor is that a defined process must also be lived in everyday life. This is precisely where many companies and institutions fail – often due to ingrained routines and internal resistance.

This is exactly where we come in:
In our workshops on the use of AI, we help you to formulate clear goals, define meaningful processes and integrate AI into your day-to-day work in a sustainable way. Let’s tackle the topic of AI together.

Realistic, flexible, motivating: AI as a training partner

2 Min.

On November 13, the session “AI as a training partner – mastering difficult conversations in a playful way” took place – with great interest and many exciting insights into the future of digital communication training. Numerous participants accepted the invitation from Jan-Thomas Hulha and Matthias Brinkmann to experience how artificial intelligence can support training discussions in a realistic, flexible and playful way.

A look into the future of communication training

The event focused on the question of how companies can prepare employees even more effectively for challenging conversational situations in the future – whether in employee dialog, customer communication or sales. The AI-based conversation simulations presented impressively demonstrated how real-life scenarios can be reproduced in almost perfect detail.

It was particularly well received:

  • Authentic personas and dynamic role models that recreate individual conversation situations
  • Company-specific adjustments, such as the integration of targets, products or typical pain points
  • Gamification elements that noticeably increase learning motivation and training frequency
  • Automated feedback and measurable learning progress that make training significantly more efficient

The combination of AI-based simulations and practice-oriented methods made it clear that communication training will not only become more flexible in the future, but also more sustainable, individual and motivating.

For all those who want to delve deeper

After the session, Jan-Thomas and Matthias thanked everyone for their active participation and great interest. Participants received a detailed PDF summary with all the important content.

Anyone who has now “caught fire” and would like to find out more about realistic personas, the integration of their own company data or other training options can contact us directly. Those who were unable to attend will of course also be brought up to date.

Odoo in use: More overview, more air – less liquidity stress

2 Min.

Reliable and consistent use of your own ERP system can prevent companies and institutions from slipping unnecessarily into financial difficulties or – despite actually stable foundations – into liquidity problems. And should the economic situation actually reach critical levels, an ERP like Odoo provides management with precisely the data required for a realistic status quo analysis in crisis management.

The greater the transparency provided by an ERP, the greater the planning security. This allows resources to be estimated more precisely, decisions to be made on a more informed basis and economically difficult times to be weathered much better.

Odoo as an early warning system and optimization tool

An established system like Odoo not only sets orange or red flags in good time, but also evaluates existing data in such a way that it is possible to clearly identify where optimization measures make sense and how they can be implemented. Whether warehouse management, resource planning or the targeted use of AI and automation tools – Odoo creates the basis for efficient processes.

Based on our own experience and our partner know-how, we support our customers in bringing a breath of fresh air into their existing Odoo or implementing a completely new Odoo – including setting up modern, time-saving AI tools.

Marketing & sales: where does AI help with automation?

2 Min.

Every marketing and sales department has its own strengths – but also its own construction sites. There are often problems at the interfaces in particular: information does not flow smoothly, processes take too long or responsibilities are unclear. This is precisely where artificial intelligence (AI) can provide support and significantly simplify processes.

AI in marketing: smart automation of standard tasks

In collaboration with AI specialists (e.g. from Rabbit Hole), we have already developed numerous solutions that take care of routine tasks. In the social media sector in particular, it quickly becomes clear how much time can be saved:

  • AI creates initial text drafts that only need to be adapted.
  • Graphics, image ideas and postings can be prepared automatically.
  • AI can even take over the technical post to a large extent.
  • This saves resources and gives editors the opportunity to concentrate on creative and strategic tasks

Better collaboration: linking marketing & sales through AI

It gets exciting when AI not only takes over individual tasks, but also links marketing and sales more closely together. After all, a well-coordinated workflow increases productivity and efficiency in both areas.

Possible fields of application:

  • Creation of publications (print & digital)
  • Planning and organization of events, seminars or webinars
  • Automated coordination of campaigns between sales and marketing

Conclusion: AI as a team player in the company

AI is not an end in itself, but a tool for making internal processes smarter. Used correctly, it ensures that marketing and sales no longer work side by side, but together – more efficiently, more productively and with clearly noticeable added value.

Once a year: All top decision makers of the Rabbit Hole Group around one table – across all departments. In 2025, the C-Level team is not only treating itself to exciting topics, but also a really nice location: Vienna! From September 21 to 23, there will be three days of discussion, planning and making the future.

Three days full of strategy, innovation and networking

The big issues are tackled in four crisp working groups:

  • Digitization and integration from top to bottom
  • Fresh distribution models
  • New AI targets that pack a punch

The message right from the start: tech topics are a must – especially now, when the economic situation demands smart decisions more than ever. Especially in the sales area the course is set for the future. Since November 2024 Matthias has been at the helm here – and is bringing a breath of fresh air.

His approach: “How do I build a sales strategy that really works in the age of AI?

AI in sales: more output with less input

Because one thing is clear: AI is the number one topic in the sales department when it comes to achieving more output with less input. Now is the time to cleverly combine knowledge and tools – so that sales figures not only remain stable, but really increase.

Of course we will keep you up to date here as always and will report on the event in detail!

“Effective prompting with AI” – second round of workshops

2 Min.

On July 29, our workshop “Effective prompting with AI – How do I prompt correctly?” entered its second round. After the great interest at the premiere, it quickly became clear: this topic is moving – and we want to give even more people the opportunity to immerse themselves in the fascinating world of AI assistance systems.

Led by Karla and Yvonne, the day revolved around the question: How do I formulate prompts so that AI tools like ChatGPT deliver precise, creative and practical answers?
Together, we worked out why the right input is crucial for the output, how to break down complex tasks into understandable steps and which creative tricks turn a standard answer into a real wow result.

In addition to practical examples, there was plenty of room for questions, discussions and trying out your own ideas. Many participants took the opportunity to test their professional and private use cases directly in the workshop – from marketing texts and customer service optimization to finding ideas for new projects.

Our conclusion:

  • AI is not a sure-fire success, but a powerful tool when used in a targeted manner.
  • Good prompts save time and nerves – and are often a lot of fun.
  • The exchange of ideas is at least as valuable as the technology itself.

We would like to thank everyone who attended or showed interest!

If you would also like to delve deeper or have specific questions about integrating AI into your day-to-day work, Matthias and Yvonne look forward to hearing from you.

Efficiency meets emotion: how modern content marketing works

2 Min.

After years of intensive practice with AI tools in text, image and video, we know pretty well where artificial intelligence shines – and where it still needs fine-tuning. Our conclusion: It’s all in the mix!

Because when used correctly, AI not only saves time and costs – it also enables genuine quality with personality. And that is precisely the key: semi-automated use of AI, combined with a human eye for detail.

How it works for us – example social media

Let’s take social media: AI can prepare a lot here. From text and graphics to video clips – the tools provide a solid foundation in a flash.

But blindly accepting everything is dangerous and is often immediately noticeable, which is why our team comes into play: our editors, graphic designers and video professionals check, delete or edit – depending on the platform, target group and tonality. This is how good input becomes great content. What makes it special: We work closely with our partner Rabbit Hole Group and link man and machine at all editorial interfaces – whether online or offline. This ensures that the content ends up exactly where it is supposed to: precisely tailored, stylish and coordinated across all media.

More time for ideas – we take care of the rest

What does that mean for you? Quite simply, you get a well-coordinated team that can not only operate AI, but really use it. You save time, retain full control over the quality – and your content gets the finishing touches that only real professionals can deliver.

We provide you with teams of experts who let the AI do the routine work – and concentrate on what really counts: Style, emotion, understanding your target group. And all this in a workflow that works. We promise!
