“Effective prompting with AI” – second round of workshops

2 Min.

On July 29, our workshop “Effective prompting with AI – How do I prompt correctly?” entered its second round. After the great interest at the premiere, it quickly became clear: this topic is moving – and we want to give even more people the opportunity to immerse themselves in the fascinating world of AI assistance systems.

Led by Karla and Yvonne, the day revolved around the question: How do I formulate prompts so that AI tools like ChatGPT deliver precise, creative and practical answers?
Together, we worked out why the right input is crucial for the output, how to break down complex tasks into understandable steps and which creative tricks turn a standard answer into a real wow result.

In addition to practical examples, there was plenty of room for questions, discussions and trying out your own ideas. Many participants took the opportunity to test their professional and private use cases directly in the workshop – from marketing texts and customer service optimization to finding ideas for new projects.

Our conclusion:

  • AI is not a sure-fire success, but a powerful tool when used in a targeted manner.
  • Good prompts save time and nerves – and are often a lot of fun.
  • The exchange of ideas is at least as valuable as the technology itself.

We would like to thank everyone who attended or showed interest!

If you would also like to delve deeper or have specific questions about integrating AI into your day-to-day work, Matthias and Yvonne look forward to hearing from you.

Bull’s eye! Our AI workshop was a complete success!

< 1 Min.

Wow – what an evening! At our How do I prompt correctly? event, the room (virtual or real) was full, the curiosity was huge and the interest in AI was palpable. Together with Matthias, Karla and Yvonne, we delved deep into the world of prompt engineering – and showed that AI is only as smart as the prompt you enter.

With lots of practical examples, creative ideas and a few more “aha” moments, our speakers proved their point: If you know how to ask clever questions, you not only get better answers – you can really rock ChatGPT & Co. Whether AI newcomer or experienced user – everyone was able to take away valuable impulses. The consistently positive feedback encourages us to offer further formats on the smart use of AI.

Thanks to everyone who took part – you were great!
And for everyone who missed it: Don’t worry, this certainly wasn’t the last round. 😉

Smart prompts, strong answers – using AI effectively

2 Min.

Do you know this? You just want to ask ChatGPT something – and what comes back is somehow… well… not what you meant. Welcome to the club! 😅 But the good news is that it’s usually not because of the AI – it’s because of how we talk to it.

This is exactly what our event How do I prompt correctly? on May 20, 2025 from 16:00 – 18:00 is all about. In a relaxed atmosphere, we will show you how to formulate your prompts in such a way that AI not only understands you – but also delivers really good results.

Why all this at all?

AI is everywhere these days. Whether for text ideas, customer service, coding or marketing – tools like ChatGPT are real everyday heroes. But they are not mind readers. The quality of the answer depends very much on how you ask your question. According to experts, the right input is actually the crucial piece of the puzzle. The more clearly and specifically you formulate your question, the better it will go.

A little foretaste: The best prompting hacks (which we also use ourselves)

Here are five tips to help you:

  1. Be as specific as possible
Better a little too much context than too little. The more precise your prompt, the more appropriate the answer.
  2. Examples help the AI get started
If you can show what you want – do it. A “Something like this…” often works wonders.

  3. Big tasks?
Rather divide them into small questions. The AI copes much better with this.
  4. Get help with prompting – from the AI itself
Yes, that sounds weird. But just ask ChatGPT: “How can I ask you so that you understand this better?” It works!

  5. Use what the AI gives you – but feel free to revise it. You have the last word.

Conclusion

Effective prompting is an art that can and should be learned to get the best out of AI systems. AI is only as smart as we are. And the key lies in the right prompt. So: let’s learn how to ask cleverly – then the rest will almost run itself. 🙂

DeepSeek – AI challenger shakes up the market!

2 Min.

The AI world has a new player that is causing quite a stir: DeepSeek! With its DeepSeek-R1 chatbot, the Chinese AI start-up has shown that it is possible to create impressive AI models with comparatively few resources. While competitors such as OpenAI or Meta pump billions into their models, DeepSeek-R1 is said to have been trained with just 2,000 GPUs and a budget of around 5.58 million dollars – a real bargain in comparison.

What can DeepSeek-R1 do?

DeepSeek-R1 is an all-round AI assistant like ChatGPT that answers questions, solves logical problems and even writes code. Sounds like a typical AI at first, but what makes it exciting is that China’s answer to ChatGPT could prove to be a real game changer.

And this was not without consequences: Shortly after publication on January 27, 2025, the share prices of many AI and hardware companies plummeted. Nvidia, Broadcom & Co. lost up to 18% in value, a total of almost 600 billion dollars – a real AI shock!

The reactions: Between enthusiasm and skepticism

While some celebrate DeepSeek for its efficiency, there are also critical voices. One major issue is censorship, as reports show that the chatbot filters out politically sensitive topics in real time. Unpleasant questions? They are simply ignored or dismissed with generic answers. ( Source: The Guardian)

Data protection experts are also sounding the alarm, as DeepSeek stores user data on servers in China – a no-go for some countries. In Australia, its use on government devices has already been banned, and restrictions are also being discussed in the USA.(Source: AP News)

Our conclusion? Still open!

The next few weeks will show whether DeepSeek is really a serious competitor for ChatGPT & Co. or whether it is more of a regional player with limitations. We ourselves are currently testing DeepSeek extensively so that we can share our experiences with you in another report soon. So stay tuned! 🚀

AI as a game changer in team organization

2 Min.

AI is not only a valuable helper when it comes to automatically customizing texts, illustrations or videos: It can also be a real game changer in (sales) teamwork, especially in team organization. This applies both to any media support and to the use of specific evaluation tools, for example when it comes to drawing up and weighing up success rates or assessing the quality of telephone conversations and providing possible suggestions for improvement.

Optimal selection of AI tools for your team

The selection of the various AI tools always depends on the respective team line-up. Where are the particular strengths of a team, where are general weaknesses hidden? Where can the use of which tools save time, relieve the group of work tasks that nobody wants to do or has time for, or, for example, take over the entire team coordination for an event?

Efficient use of Microsoft Teams and OpenAI tools

Whether a – now AI-enhanced – Microsoft Teams or one of the numerous OpenAI tools: It is important to find the optimal configuration and coordination in which the use of AI can pay off as optimally as possible.

AI lectures and workshops: We are right in the middle of it all!

2 Min.

What do “der Klub”, Sparkasse Nürnberg, Stadtreklame Nürnberg GmbH and BWV Bildungsverband der Versicherungswirtschaft have in common? – Quite simply, they were all participants in workshops on the subject of AI, in which we were also involved. As we were able to experience, the prerequisites for getting started with AI were the same for everyone involved: not only an open ear for new topics, but also the willingness to actively help shape them.

Gerd, Wolfgang and Matthias at the

We are glad that we got into the subject at an early stage and have acquired in-depth knowledge, particularly in the area of image and video processing. Based on this, we have now defined three groups that should definitely be interested in our talks, presentations and workshops. So: “Team Deckchair” loves convenience and wants to replace as many human tasks as possible with artificial intelligence.

The “Team Nutzen” views artificial intelligence primarily in its function as an assistant for a more efficient working day or as a replacement for hard-to-recruit personnel. “Team Krawalle” sees AI primarily as a threat to human work and social interaction. This is another way to generate action!

In any case, it is important to understand what significant changes AI will bring about in our future. That’s why: Make sure you get on board and see where the train is heading!
