The Rabbit Hole Group on the Rise: What’s Been Happening in Mallorca
A few days in Mallorca, many experts, and plenty to talk about: At the meeting of the Rabbit Hole Group was less about sun and beach this time and more about the question of how we, as a network, want to work together in the future.
Spoiler: A lot has happened.

Who is behind the Rabbit Hole Group?
In short: many small, specialized companies that have joined forces to develop digital solutions that are truly tailored to your needs. Whether it’s AI and data integration, information security, data protection, Microsoft infrastructure, app and web development, e-commerce, performance marketing, or design and UX—someone in the network has the expertise for exactly that. We at 2be are one of them.
Our shared belief: Digital transformation isn’t a one-time project you can simply check off your list—it’s a cultural shift. That’s why we don’t offer off-the-shelf software; instead, we provide custom solutions implemented by experienced professionals who also keep an eye on costs.

Mallorca: More Interaction Than a Beach Chair
Admittedly, there was hardly any time for leisure. But there was a great venue, a strong program, really good food, and that Barcamp vibe where the best conversations often happen in between sessions. Even during the in-house speed-dating session, where everyone was shuffled around every five minutes, we realized that even after years of working together, there’s still a surprising amount to discover about one another. By the way, people took diligent notes—even on beer coasters when necessary.
Perhaps the most important insight: We don’t always have to take on everything together. A network like ours has experienced ups and downs; many things have been reorganized, and the result is more room for individuality. Specifically, this means that two, three, or five partners can join forces and take on projects independently—whatever makes the most sense for the client in question.
A recently completed project—on which six partners worked simultaneously—proves that this approach works. The result: a satisfied client and, for us, confirmation that almost any problem can be solved when the right people come together.

New Board, New Faces, New Direction
A lot has happened at Rabbit Hole on the organizational front as well. The executive committee was re-elected, there is a new treasurer, and the board has grown to ten members. More people at the table means more perspectives and a broader distribution of responsibility.
We’d also like to welcome two new members who are bringing a breath of fresh air to the group. This gives greater emphasis to topics such as IT infrastructure and WordPress, and helps us reach new target audiences. Our task for the coming weeks: to communicate this direction even more clearly to the outside world. And a new working group has also been launched—more on that soon.

Next Stop: it-sa
Let’s keep the momentum going: In four weeks, the Rabbit Hole Group will be at the it-sa in Nuremberg. Want to know what our network can do for your business? Then stop by—we look forward to seeing you. We promise: The conversation can last longer than five minutes. 😉
