Good ideas are in demand in every company, but it is not uncommon for them to be: Where to get if not steal …? The better alternative: You do everything to bundle the strengths within the company – and start an internal campaign for successful idea management!
This was also the topic of an online lecture given by 2be Managing Director Matthias Brinkmann in his role as a working group leader ( Agile communication) held by quer.kraft, and that of Paulina Wunderlich from Dehn & Söhne (working group leader Idea management) was moderated and led through the subsequent discussion.
The central questions: How do I initiate a functioning idea management in my company? How do I best make them visible, and what incentives can I set here so that as many employees as possible jump on the bandwagon? And: How can I establish the handling of new ideas as a real routine within the company process and consolidate it permanently?
Important impulse from one of the participants: How about if we bundle our efforts and measures in the area of idea management across companies and thus create synergies?
