“Medical Valley-Connects” – this is the name of a new series of events, which from now on all members of the Medical Valley-Community are invited. The aim: to create spaces for an intensive transfer of knowledge and plenty of inspiration. This should be done on a basis that enables the members to make new contacts quickly and easily and to enrich each other with their own ideas and experiences.
The prelude to this was a Microsoft Teams event on May 5th with presentations by Norbert Esser, Key Account Manager of Data Respons Solutions, and 2be Managing Director Matthias Brinkmann. The theme of the event was a real evergreen: sales and marketing. Norbert Esser used his experiences in recent years to show what an optimal sales-marketing mix should look like from his point of view. His conclusion: With concentrated use of social media and the web, sales can actually be generated if you successfully combine your internal strengths with external support.
In addition, Matthias Brinkmann emphasized the importance of teamwork – of course in the cooperation of internal and external staff, but also with regard to the division of the individual tasks within the sales and marketing team. Brinkmann: “Anyone who is able to bundle their strengths here can achieve an astonishingly powerful effect with an astonishingly low budget!”
