CBN meeting before Lockdown light: networking is everything!
Next meeting of our Chief Business Network on October 31st, this time right next to the net station in the company building of ZSI Technology at Altdorfer Wacholderweg. Being able to talk together about the opportunities and risks of the current crisis situation was – especially in the sense of pure networking – a real benefit for all participants: The exchange was correspondingly lively.
The Corona crisis was not only an intervening theme on several occasions. In the meantime, it has become clear how important it is to communicate face-to-face (with the necessary distance), especially at management level.
Whether entrepreneurs, supervisory boards or management boards, classic GFs or project promoters: the main thing is to keep medium-sized businesses on track in difficult times. Change management, cross-company corporate strategies and strategic sales strategies in cooperation with partners were among the topics discussed.
The aim of this round is to find quick, uncomplicated and, if necessary, unconventional solutions for the classic tasks of decision-makers!
