Why all this at all?

AI is everywhere these days. Whether for text ideas, customer service, coding or marketing – tools like ChatGPT are real everyday heroes. But they are not mind readers. The quality of the answer depends very much on how you ask your question. According to experts, the right input is actually the crucial piece of the puzzle. The more clearly and specifically you formulate your question, the better it will go.

A little foretaste: The best prompting hacks (which we also use ourselves)

Here are five tips to help you:

  1. Be as specific as possible
    Better a little too much context than too little. The more precise your prompt, the more appropriate the answer.
  2. Examples help the AI get started
    If you can show what you want – do it. A “Something like this…” often works wonders.

  3. Big tasks?
    Rather divide them into small questions. The AI copes much better with this.
  4. Get help with prompting – from the AI itself
    Yes, that sounds weird. But just ask ChatGPT: “How can I ask you so that you understand this better?” It works!

  5. Use what the AI gives you – but feel free to revise it. You have the last word.

Conclusion

Effective prompting is an art that can and should be learned to get the best out of AI systems. AI is only as smart as we are. And the key lies in the right prompt. So: let’s learn how to ask cleverly – then the rest will almost run itself. 🙂

From the summer semester 2025 onwards, the University of Applied Sciences in Ansbach fresh social media wind! We, 2be die_markenmacher, are taking over the lectureship for social media and thus bringing our concentrated practical experience into the lecture hall.

Matthias Brinkmann as a lecturer – with a wealth of experience

The course will be led – at least on the front line – by our Managing Director Matthias Brinkmann. As an experienced lecturer, among others at the Technical University of Nuremberghe not only brings in-depth knowledge, but also real insights from the field. But we’re not just relying on a one-man show: other experts from our 2be team will also be passing on their know-how. After all, social media is a broad field – and we want to offer students the full spectrum!

Practice instead of dry theory: this is our teaching concept

Our focus is on practical knowledge transfer. Sure, there has to be a bit of theory – but we don’t just want to talk about social media, we also want to bring it to life! In interactive workshops, students learn how to strategically set up social media channels and feed them with relevant content.

In addition to traditional platform strategies, current trends such as artificial intelligence and data-driven marketing will also play a role. After all, social media has long been about more than just posts and likes – it’s about reaching the right target groups and generating real sales. This is exactly what we want to work on together with the students.

A brand needs leadership. Not just in the traditional sense from the perspective of sales, research or corporate culture. A strong hand is also needed for the visual and content-related examination of the company’s communication as a whole. Here, the guiding principles of uniformity, understanding of values and brand message are paramount. This is because it provides clear rules for the often self-interpretative approaches of sometimes more, sometimes less motivated employees. What better medium for this than the Corporate Identity Guide with its focus on corporate design, corporate behavior and corporate communication.

The results that applications of artificial intelligence have yielded in a variety of different environments have recently surprised even notorious AI skeptics. The opportunities that have opened up here now extend far beyond a purely technical level (for example, in the area of digitization or automation) and seem to be establishing themselves in other core areas of companies or institutions as well. This also includes the “creative and creative” part , especially when it comes to generating texts, images and videos.
