From children for children: On the road with the Christmas parcel convoy!

3 Min.

The Christmas parcel convoy 2024 showed once again this year how much joy small gestures can bring. Over 147,000 lovingly packed presents made their way to Eastern Europe to bring a sparkle to children’s eyes in Bulgaria, Moldova, Romania, Poland and Ukraine. A project that gives hope, shows solidarity and brings community to life. We at 2be_die markenmacher also made a small but significant contribution: as the official drop-off point, we were able to collect and “hoard” around 50 parcels before they found their way to the central warehouse and finally into the hands of the children. Thanks to our dedicated customers, partners and friends, our office became a small center of Christmas joy. This campaign shows how easy it can be to become part of something big – and that is exactly what makes us proud.

An impressive joint effort

The transport was organized with 260 volunteers, 33 trucks, six coaches and ten escort vehicles – an impressive logistical feat. But the focus is on the shining eyes of the children as they unwrap the presents. For many of them, it is the first Christmas present of their lives. Local partners on the ground, such as schools and social institutions, ensured that the presents arrived exactly where they were needed most.

Giving joy together

The Christmas parcel convoy has been connecting people across borders for over 20 years. Especially in difficult times, such as the ongoing war in Ukraine, the campaign shows how important solidarity is. Thanks to local networks such as the Raisin Initiative, the parcels also reach remote and hard-to-reach regions.

Thank you for your support – and see you in 2025!

Our thanks go to everyone who took part – whether by packing a gift or as a collection point like us. Without your solidarity, this campaign would not be possible. And one thing is certain: we will be back again next year to give children an unforgettable Christmas treat.

Christmas tradition with heart and team spirit

3 Min.

Because it was so much fun last year and received such a great response, it quickly became clear to us that we would repeat this special campaign! Together with our partner AD IT Systems, we continued our new tradition and lovingly wrapped delicious gingerbread greetings again this year. These little gifts were sent to our partners and customers with a lot of heart. Of course, a campaign like this is not complete without enjoying them together! With mulled wine and sweet Christmas treats, we not only strengthened our stomachs, but also our team spirit. It’s moments like these that bring us closer together as a team and make the magic of Christmas tangible.

Our hand-wrapped gingerbread parcels - a small token of appreciation.

More than just a team event: doing good for a good cause

However, this campaign was not just a team-building event, but also our contribution to several good causes. Every pack of gingerbread sent out supports the Ladies’ Circle 30 Nuremberg charity campaign. Thanks to this initiative, the proceeds go to various projects that benefit children, families and other people in need. Want to know which projects are being supported this year? Just take a look here:

With every pack of gingerbread we send out, we not only make our partners and customers happy, but also help to do good and make the world a little bit better at the same time.

Christmas cards for our campaign.

Why we do this

We are convinced that joint activities like these not only strengthen our team culture, but also deepen the connection to our customers and the community. It’s the small gestures that count, and together we create something that is more than the sum of its parts.

Our team packs the gingerbread parcels for customers and partners with fun and dedication.

Join us next year!

To ensure that this campaign can continue to grow, we are looking for committed people for the coming year who would like to spread joy with us. Wrapping gifts together for your and our customers/partners is not only quicker, but also a lot more fun – especially in such a great atmosphere. And let’s be honest: what could be nicer than enriching the pre-Christmas period with a good deed and nice conversations? 🙂

The final Christmas cards - ready to become part of the packages.

If you’d like to be part of our new tradition, get in touch with us. Together, we’ll make the world a little bit more Christmassy – and have lots of fun in the process!

The “Christmas parcel convoy” is back on the road!

2 Min.

Christmas is a time of joy, especially for children. Many of us remember the sleepless nights, the anticipation and the excitement of whether our Christmas wishes will come true. Unfortunately, there are many children who do not get to experience this joy.

Christmas joy for all children

But this joy should not be lost. Round Table Germany has been organizing the “Christmas parcel convoy” campaign for over 20 years. We set off for Eastern Europe with trucks full of presents – to Bulgaria, Moldova, Romania and the Ukraine. There we make children’s eyes light up in homes and kindergartens.

The enthusiasm on site was great.

20 years of the “Christmas parcel convoy”: help for Eastern Europe

The presents in the trucks come from all over Germany and are collected, sorted and wrapped by many volunteers. The recipients of the parcels are children who often grow up under difficult conditions, but who are able to experience a little bit of Christmas joy with this campaign. The special thing about this campaign is that the presents are packed by children for children. Each parcel is filled with the right mix of toys, sweets and practical items. Each individual parcel is not only a gift, but also a sign of solidarity and hope.

Christmas joy and team building

3 Min.

2 teams = 1 mission: Gingerbread campaign for a good cause!

At 2be_die markenmacher, the Christmas season is all about community, commitment and, of course, lots of fun. This year, together with our partner and customer AD IT Systems, we have come up with something very special to surprise other people and do something good at the same time. With enthusiasm and team spirit, we set about lovingly packaging delicious gingerbread greetings and sending them on their way to our valued partners and customers as small tokens of appreciation.

Together we packed over 100 parcels, which were proudly taken to the post office by the boss himself at the end of the day. A real team success that shows how much you can achieve together when you work hand in hand. And why did we have a lot of fun while we were working? Because we sweetened the joint event with an exuberant atmosphere, delicious mulled wine, homemade cakes and lots of bad jokes.

At 2be_die markenmacher, we firmly believe that such joint activities not only strengthen our team culture, but also deepen our connection to customers and the community. This time, it’s also something special, because with every pack of gingerbread you buy, you can simply help others and make them happy.

However, this campaign was not just a team-building event, but also our contribution to several good causes. We are proud to support the Ladies’ Circle 30 Nuremberg ‘s charity gingerbread campaign:
