Festive Christmas greetings from 2be! :)

A festive thank you for a wonderful year 2024

2 Min.

Dear partners, customers and friends of 2be, the year 2024 is drawing to a close – time to pause, look back and, above all, say thank you! Together with you, we were able to implement exciting projects, realize creative ideas and bring brands to life this year. Your loyalty, trust and collaboration on an equal footing have enriched our year and allowed us to grow as a team!

But before we dive into Christmas coziness, we’d like to share our festive marathon with you – or as we say: a day full of mulled wine, presents and sore laughing muscles 😉

Our gift-giving and mulled wine round, the perfect start to the Christmas party.

Delicious food, spicy specialties and a good mood while eating hot pot :)

Culinary delights at the hotpot and a special gift basket full of goodies.

We started with the gift-giving in the office, accompanied by mulled wine, which brought us up to operating temperature. Then it was off to the hotpot meal! A paradise for all those who like to burn their mouths with spicy delicacies (in a positive sense, of course). The crowning finale was at the Nuremberg Christmas market. Lights, roasted almonds and – you guessed it – even more mulled wine. A perfect mix of Christmas magic and team spirit.

Conclusion: We are officially ready for the holidays! 🎄✨

Merry Christmas and a successful New Year!

Now is the time to thank you all: for the inspiring collaboration, the exciting challenges and the joint successes. You are the reason why we go about our work with passion and creativity every day. We wish you and your families a peaceful Christmas season full of magical moments, relaxation and joy. Have a good start to the new year 2025 – we look forward to working with you again next year and scaling new heights. With this in mind:

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🎁🎅🎉

From children for children: On the road with the Christmas parcel convoy!

3 Min.

The Christmas parcel convoy 2024 showed once again this year how much joy small gestures can bring. Over 147,000 lovingly packed presents made their way to Eastern Europe to bring a sparkle to children’s eyes in Bulgaria, Moldova, Romania, Poland and Ukraine. A project that gives hope, shows solidarity and brings community to life. We at 2be_die markenmacher also made a small but significant contribution: as the official drop-off point, we were able to collect and “hoard” around 50 parcels before they found their way to the central warehouse and finally into the hands of the children. Thanks to our dedicated customers, partners and friends, our office became a small center of Christmas joy. This campaign shows how easy it can be to become part of something big – and that is exactly what makes us proud.

An impressive joint effort

The transport was organized with 260 volunteers, 33 trucks, six coaches and ten escort vehicles – an impressive logistical feat. But the focus is on the shining eyes of the children as they unwrap the presents. For many of them, it is the first Christmas present of their lives. Local partners on the ground, such as schools and social institutions, ensured that the presents arrived exactly where they were needed most.

Giving joy together

The Christmas parcel convoy has been connecting people across borders for over 20 years. Especially in difficult times, such as the ongoing war in Ukraine, the campaign shows how important solidarity is. Thanks to local networks such as the Raisin Initiative, the parcels also reach remote and hard-to-reach regions.

Thank you for your support – and see you in 2025!

Our thanks go to everyone who took part – whether by packing a gift or as a collection point like us. Without your solidarity, this campaign would not be possible. And one thing is certain: we will be back again next year to give children an unforgettable Christmas treat.

Our team packs the gingerbread parcels for customers and partners with fun and dedication.

Christmas tradition with heart and team spirit

3 Min.

Because it was so much fun last year and received such a great response, it quickly became clear to us that we would repeat this special campaign! Together with our partner AD IT Systems, we continued our new tradition and lovingly wrapped delicious gingerbread greetings again this year. These little gifts were sent to our partners and customers with a lot of heart. Of course, a campaign like this is not complete without enjoying them together! With mulled wine and sweet Christmas treats, we not only strengthened our stomachs, but also our team spirit. It’s moments like these that bring us closer together as a team and make the magic of Christmas tangible.

Our hand-wrapped gingerbread parcels - a small token of appreciation.

More than just a team event: doing good for a good cause

However, this campaign was not just a team-building event, but also our contribution to several good causes. Every pack of gingerbread sent out supports the Ladies’ Circle 30 Nuremberg charity campaign. Thanks to this initiative, the proceeds go to various projects that benefit children, families and other people in need. Want to know which projects are being supported this year? Just take a look here:

With every pack of gingerbread we send out, we not only make our partners and customers happy, but also help to do good and make the world a little bit better at the same time.

Christmas cards for our campaign.

Why we do this

We are convinced that joint activities like these not only strengthen our team culture, but also deepen the connection to our customers and the community. It’s the small gestures that count, and together we create something that is more than the sum of its parts.

Our team packs the gingerbread parcels for customers and partners with fun and dedication.

Join us next year!

To ensure that this campaign can continue to grow, we are looking for committed people for the coming year who would like to spread joy with us. Wrapping gifts together for your and our customers/partners is not only quicker, but also a lot more fun – especially in such a great atmosphere. And let’s be honest: what could be nicer than enriching the pre-Christmas period with a good deed and nice conversations? 🙂

The final Christmas cards - ready to become part of the packages.

If you’d like to be part of our new tradition, get in touch with us. Together, we’ll make the world a little bit more Christmassy – and have lots of fun in the process!

Gifts collected as part of the ‘Christmas parcel convoy’ campaign in 2023.

The “Christmas parcel convoy” is back on the road!

2 Min.

Christmas is a time of joy, especially for children. Many of us remember the sleepless nights, the anticipation and the excitement of whether our Christmas wishes will come true. Unfortunately, there are many children who do not get to experience this joy.

Christmas joy for all children

But this joy should not be lost. Round Table Germany has been organizing the “Christmas parcel convoy” campaign for over 20 years. We set off for Eastern Europe with trucks full of presents – to Bulgaria, Moldova, Romania and the Ukraine. There we make children’s eyes light up in homes and kindergartens.

20 years of the “Christmas parcel convoy”: help for Eastern Europe

The presents in the trucks come from all over Germany and are collected, sorted and wrapped by many volunteers. The recipients of the parcels are children who often grow up under difficult conditions, but who are able to experience a little bit of Christmas joy with this campaign. The special thing about this campaign is that the presents are packed by children for children. Each parcel is filled with the right mix of toys, sweets and practical items. Each individual parcel is not only a gift, but also a sign of solidarity and hope.

There was great enthusiasm on site and the gifts were immediately put through their paces :)

Christmas magic on wheels: The Christmas parcel convoy brings joy to the East

4 Min.

During the festive season, when the air literally crackles with anticipation, a special initiative sets a wonderful example of charity: the Christmas parcel convoy. This project combines the commitment of children, numerous helpers and truck drivers to bring joy to children’s homes and kindergartens in Eastern Europe.

We already reported on this in one of our last articles and invited everyone to take part in this very special campaign.

Now the time has come: the convoy has set off and has lots of presents on board. If you still don’t know what it’s all about, here is a brief summary:

Parcels for the

Children help children:

The true spirit of Christmas is shown in the gesture of giving. Children from all over Germany are the main actors in this project. They select gifts and carefully wrap them in parcels. From writing utensils to toys, sweets and clothes – the variety of gifts reflects the children’s deep understanding of what brings joy to their peers.

The enthusiasm on site was great.

The role of the helpers:

The collection and coordination of the gifts would be unthinkable without the helpers from various organizations. These dedicated people work tirelessly to sort the parcels and prepare them for the journey. Your contribution is an essential part of this heart-warming campaign.

Journey of hope:

The highlight of the Christmas parcel convoy is the journey of the fully loaded trucks. These “Christmas trucks” become messengers of joy as they bring the lovingly wrapped presents to the waiting children. The journey of these trucks, packed with anticipation and loving gifts, symbolizes a bridge of humanity that overcomes borders and distances.

Fully packed and smartly equipped on site

Gratitude and recognition:

Special thanks go to the truck drivers who embark on this long and meaningful journey. They are not only drivers, but also bearers of hope and joy for countless children. Their willingness to be part of this convoy shows their deep connection to the spirit of giving and sharing.

The Christmas parcel convoy is more than just a gift campaign; it is a symbol of hope, of sharing and, above all, of childlike joy. It connects people across borders and shows that the simplest gesture of giving can trigger a wave of joy and happiness 😊

At a time when the world is often characterized by negativity and division, this initiative reminds us that the magic of Christmas lies in loving and caring for one another.

We would therefore like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the packing helpers, the gift-loving children and the truck drivers. Your commitment and generosity make the world a brighter and more joyful place.

Merry Christmas and a heart full of joy to everyone who takes part in this wonderful campaign!

Our hard-working helpers from 2be_die markenmacher and AD IT Systems :)

Christmas joy and team building

3 Min.

2 teams = 1 mission: Gingerbread campaign for a good cause!

At 2be_die markenmacher, the Christmas season is all about community, commitment and, of course, lots of fun. This year, together with our partner and customer AD IT Systems, we have come up with something very special to surprise other people and do something good at the same time. With enthusiasm and team spirit, we set about lovingly packaging delicious gingerbread greetings and sending them on their way to our valued partners and customers as small tokens of appreciation.

Together we packed over 100 parcels, which were proudly taken to the post office by the boss himself at the end of the day. A real team success that shows how much you can achieve together when you work hand in hand. And why did we have a lot of fun while we were working? Because we sweetened the joint event with an exuberant atmosphere, delicious mulled wine, homemade cakes and lots of bad jokes.

At 2be_die markenmacher, we firmly believe that such joint activities not only strengthen our team culture, but also deepen our connection to customers and the community. This time, it’s also something special, because with every pack of gingerbread you buy, you can simply help others and make them happy.

However, this campaign was not just a team-building event, but also our contribution to several good causes. We are proud to support the Ladies’ Circle 30 Nuremberg ‘s charity gingerbread campaign:

This year, Round Table Nuremberg is once again taking part in the "Christmas parcel convoy" initiative and 2be is on board.

Children who make children happy at Christmas!

2 Min.

Christmas is a festival of emotions – above all joy, especially for our children. Who can’t remember a few sleepless nights before Christmas, the anticipation and the excitement of whether one of the wishes would come true in wrapped form 😊 But not every child can experience this anticipation and not every child can hope for a wish to be fulfilled.

That’s why we, Round Table Germany, have been taking part in the “Christmas parcel convoy” campaign for 20 years: Every year before Christmas, we send a large truck full of presents to Bulgaria, Moldova, Romania and Ukraine so that the children can once again look forward to Christmas with anticipation and excitement.

Before the trip, many helpers from various organizations collect gifts, which are then loaded into appropriate trucks. These trucks – fully loaded with anticipation and lots of great things – then drive east to distribute the presents in children’s homes and kindergartens.

The great thing is that the presents are selected and packed by children in Germany. They know best what makes other children happy. From practical items such as writing utensils to toys, sweets and clothes, everything is included.

We from the agency 2be_ die markenmacher are also taking part this year with a lot of love. We have set up a collection point at Ostendstraße 181:

You can leave your gifts with us until 16.11.2023 from Mon-Fri from 08:00 – 16:00 and we will take care of everything else. You can find out what you should bear in mind when packing your parcel at https://weihnachtspaeckchenkonvoi.de/musterpaeckchen.

Bring along what your heart tells you when it comes to the contents of the parcels 😛 and let’s make a few children’s eyes light up again together <3
