As part of the change in management at the Hamburg-based personnel service provider, a more differentiated alignment of the brand was linked to the expansion of existing marketing activities. The primary aim was to significantly increase visibility in the HR market, but also to strengthen the loyalty of the company’s own staff to the brand.

Nordwind-Personal was founded in 2014 as a temporary employment and recruitment agency for technical and skilled trades in Hamburg. Denis Robens has been a co-shareholder since 2018 and the sole shareholder of the company since June 2022. Managing Director Marina Hahn manages the operational business of Nordwind-Personal.

The increased visibility led to increased sales in a surprisingly short time frame. What was particularly remarkable here was how the creation of specific landing pages had an impact on the (very high) quality of the applications!
