For temp agencies in particular, social media now offers a central point of contact and referral with high potential to recruit both new internal and external employees. The goal was to transfer the existing offline corporate identity to the web in teamwork and to generate content for typical social media platforms such as Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook or for a genuine blog. Through a more targeted online positioning, the company was able to improve its starting position in order to attract new external and internal employees.
