Order situation
By hunters – for hunters: EPARMS quickly made an excellent name for itself in the hunting and forestry sector with the development of a new, globally patented silencer. In order to dovetail the passion of the company founder and the expertise of precision mechanics – and thus make the uniqueness of the products visible on the market – it was necessary to develop a powerful brand strategy and sustainable (online) distribution for the various product series.
Project order
- Brand development and brand strategy as a prerequisite for the implementation of an effective sales campaign
- Selection of suitable brand tools to accompany the customer journey: Logo, stationery, fact sheets, trade show, success stories, packaging, signage, social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), photo shoot, video, ads, banners, SEO campaign, newsletter, and more.
- Development and establishment of a professional online store (incl. merchandise management system) with cash register for both B2B and B2C.
Result
The result was a successful implementation of the brand strategy and development of the complete brand with a digital and analog brand wall. We supported the direct customer approach at various levels (trade fair, print, online, social media).
We also succeeded in establishing various sales channels for successful networking between customers and influencers.(opinion leadership). A so-called procurement network was also defined to support the customer with specialists and materials in the event of capacity bottlenecks.
Finally, we provided comprehensive advice on content marketing and target groups and introduced digitalized business processes (Miro, Teams, etc…).
