“Creation of a new website” – from a formal point of view, this was the general task of this assignment.
However, the goal of generating new web content was linked to a whole series of additional “flanking” measures.
For example, the new ERSAsoft website was to be found as quickly and easily as possible in the Google ranking for Excel-SAP interface problems, and the associated help programs to solve the problem were to be as easy as possible to download from the web store.
