Successfully reach target groups and increase sales with sales campaigns

Order situation

The Recaro Exo Gaming Seats are aimed at the target group of passionate e-gamers, male and female, aged between 35 and 50. Especially for the target group it is important to increase the visibility for the chair. Although there was an existing website for this purpose, its emotional messages did not get through to the customer. Recaro’s main focus here was on the exceptionally “chic”, elegant and functional design of its own products.

Project order

  • An analysis of the target group – also on the basis of websites of direct competitors – showed that e-gamers were more likely to be emotionalized by the “complete immersion in their game worlds”.
  • In order to take this aspect more into account, we have jointly created a Youtube campaign from existing material.
  • To do this, we used the target person in three possible e-gaming roles: as an airplane pilot, a race car driver, and a “king.”
  • The well-known Youtuber Erné could be won over for the implementation of the campaign.
  • The landing page for the Youtube campaign was also designed according to the new specifications

Result

The campaign and landing page significantly increased visibility and reached a correspondingly larger target audience! Sales were measurably increased in a short time!

Recaro, once a car seat manufacturer for the Porsche brand, has recently focused entirely on designing and building high-end e-gaming chairs. The chairs with the product brands EXO, EXO FX and EXO Platinum have since set benchmarks in the field of e-gaming furniture in terms of quality and functionality.
