CBN – Chief Business Network

Order situation

In order to be able to establish an extended public (regional) radius for their networking, the founding members of the CBN (including the initiators: ZSI, Bayern Innovativ and the VR-Bank) wanted to carry out a complete brand development for their network. 2be was not only commissioned with the entire brand development, but also worked with the members of the newly founded alliance to develop its name.

Project order

  • Implementation of several workshops, the results of which formed the basis for brand development
  • Development of the name and logo of the network
  • Design of offline and online publications and definition of a differentiated event strategy
  • 2be Managing Director Matthias Brinkmann acts as moderator or “mediator” at network events

Result

Fulfilment of all measures within the framework of brand building and strategy according to plan. Since then, the CBN network has continued to develop in a targeted manner and to expand the circle of its members.
