Medical Valley EMN

Order situation

The visibility of one’s own brand is of particular importance for clusters. Unlike individual companies, they are often less firmly anchored regionally and need all the more effective marketing tools. In order to expand the radius of the go-cluster member, a brochure should therefore be published in which the goals and contents of Medical Valley – precise in content and effective in form – are communicated.

Project order

  • Conception of a brand campaign for the reorientation of the Medical Valley.
  • Objective: To increase external visibility and strengthen internal ties (members, sponsors, employees).
  • Conduct various workshops to engage all 170 members of the cluster.
  • Management of the 20-member working group / steering committees.
  • Coordination with suppliers (media and production).
  • Realization of an exclusive brochure in 4 languages (German, English, Portuguese (Bras.) and Chinese).
  • Implementation of various brand measures (including cluster data sheet in 4 languages, advertisement, etc.).
  • Implementation of various presentation materials for trade fairs, lectures and in-house events (including display banners, PowerPoint presentations, etc.).
  • Development of a customer loyalty concept (i.e. qualified give-aways for addressing customers and partners) and production.
  • Support with text creation and translation work.

Result

Since the members of Medical Valley were involved in the design of the brochure from the beginning, the response was correspondingly positive. Visibility has increased and new members have indeed been recruited. For the management, the result was so convincing that 2be has since been the lead agency for Medical Valley.

Medical Valley EMN is one of 15 top clusters in Germany selected by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) – and the only one in the field of medical technology. In Medical Valley, new products and services are continuously being developed in the technology areas of imaging diagnostics, intelligent sensor technology, healthcare IT, ophthalmology and therapy systems.
