Agile internal communication: How projects succeed

The thing that keeps us “fresh” as persons is the constant exchange among like-minded people. Where people meet and drive innovation – be it in online meetings today or in face-to-face encounters again in the future – creative ideas for better communication are born. These in turn fuel a better working atmosphere and subsequently a more productive work result.

As a founding member of the quer.kraft innovation association, we are proud to have been able to lead this positive change process for many years. In this way, in our function as mediator and innovation carrier, we have already helped many companies to significantly improve their potential.

In the process, we are repeatedly confronted with essential questions, among others:

  • How can change in internal communication be understood as an ongoing task and managed within the team?
  • How can you release motivation potential in employees and thus support efficient work?
