Even if sometimes the impression is deceptive, companies in this country have excellent employees who want to get ahead and make a difference. With their open and cross-industry understanding of factual issues, they are the guarantors of a lively culture of innovation. The degree of readiness for change increases with the responsibility in everyday professional life. For example, scientists with their own laboratory, development managers with their own research department or managing directors are far more motivated to distinguish themselves in competition – even in front of a large audience.

It does not matter to us in which development phase the project is. We start with our brand strategy at the very beginning or put the finishing touches on the presentation in the final phase – always with the goal: “The listener must be able to understand the message with clear, readable but also emotional stimuli.” In this way, complicated contents are structured, statements are bundled or forms of presentation are standardised. In this context, we can already look back on very successful milestones. For example, we helped customers to receive the coveted “go-cluster” award (the federal government’s excellence initiative). We were instrumental in the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy awarding one of our customers the rating “first-class application” in the Digital Hub Initiative and including it in this program. In cooperation with international institutions, we were also able to give the research proposal the necessary visual weight vis-à-vis the European Research Council (ERC).
