ZAE Bavaria

Order situation

ZAE Bayern has five locations in Garching, Würzburg, Erlangen, Nuremberg and Hof. These had become increasingly self-sufficient in the years since their foundation and were now to be brought back to their own, overarching brand core in the sense of increased and more uniform cooperation. To this end, it was necessary to develop the appropriate instruments and promote measures, particularly in order to generate visibility with regard to the three target groups – the public, politics, and companies.

Project order

  • Extensive brand workshop in which theoretical and practical basics regarding branding were discussed and directly placed in the context of their possible practical realization
  • Website – templates, structure and navigation
  • Construction of master templates for print products, PowerPoint and trade fair
  • Visualization and illustrations (e.g. on the topic of renewable energies)

Result

  • a subjectively as well as objectively strongly increased visibility in public space, as well as among politicians and companies
  • Significantly greater uniformity in all internal and external communications
  • further cooperation in the sense of joint brand development for years to come
