Order situation
As part of the reform of the real estate tax, which has been in force since January 1, 2022, new assessment bases must be determined for all of the more than 35 million commercial real estate properties in Germany. The aim of COLLEGIUM Steuerberatungsgesellschaft is to compensate for the enormous effort that tax consultants have to put in to provide support without losing their mandate. In order to inform existing or possibly new customers about this offer, a comprehensive campaign should be set up and launched.

- Development of two temporary websites: grundsteuer-collegium.de and grundsteuer-gurus.de together with the corresponding core information and subpages
- Complete setup of digital routines
(including setup of e-mail traffic) - Creation of print advertising materials
- Creating content on social media channels such as YouTube and Instagram
- Creation of a suitable logo
Result
The corresponding campaign was successfully launched within five weeks! This was only possible because the coordination of work processes was set up without elaborate control mechanisms. The customer could “watch” how the tasks were processed, but had the possibility to intervene in the ongoing process at any time.
