In 2009, the previously successful brand presence is slowly showing “signs of age” and appeals to fewer consumers. frei wants to position itself in a more modern way in order to catch up with the market again – among other things with newly designed product ranges, print materials, film and web presence (several agencies are working together on the new frei image).

  • Design of a new, fresher website that appeals to both customers and pharmacists (customer and dealer area with login).
  • Complete relaunch of the website.
  • Development of a new concept for the web presence, based on the traditional product free oil.
  • Organisation of a social media workshop and design of a free Facebook page.
