Based on thelong-term cooperation with 2be and a corporate design that has already been coordinated in detail, the focus of the cooperation has recently been increasingly placed on the external impact of the association. In the external presentation, the customer benefit should increasingly be placed in the center. Objectives of the measures: First and foremost, an increase in the number of members and – directly related to this – increased online visibility.

Project order
The brand offensive kicked off with a workshop attended by representatives from management, business development, sales and marketing, and mediators. On this occasion, fundamental questions were initially discussed:
- What makes the association valuable for potential new members?
- What are the main reasons to join here?
- How can we improve our public effectiveness?
In the second step, the brand steering wheelwas refurbished, the brand stories revised and the selection of images fixed. Further components of the implementation plan ultimately related to the website, e-mail design, appearance at events, etc. The aim was to achieve maximum effect with an overall manageable budget.
