Order situation

For presentation in the context of customer presentations or interactive process maps, brochures or online publications, Bayern Innovativ often needed to implement complex internal process flows. This applied both to the realization of individual sample pages and to the complete construction of roadmaps on the basis of existing “graphic recordings” (manually recorded presentations of workshop results).

Project order

As process makers for agile internal communication, we implemented the following together with Bayern Innovativ: In addition to basic workshops with the goal of helping people to help themselves, this resulted in presentation material for a wide variety of external events as well as working aids for employees such as evaluation matrices, roadmap graphics, white papers, PowerPoint masters, posters, logos and event concepts.

Result

Unification of the brand identity and its communication tools internally and standardization of the brand image tools externally: this allowed us to make research documentation, innovation manifests, success stories and other content visible.

The customer

Bayern Innovativ GmbH is an initiative of the Free State of Bavaria founded in 1995, which also sees itself as a “knowledge manager, initiator and accelerator of innovations” for companies. Bayern Innovativ addresses the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in particular.
