Order situation

With the aim of intensifying internal communication between the almost 250 employees in the company, the management had suggested the creation of a compass of values that would apply across the board. Several workshops were scheduled in order to achieve an effective result that was supported by the entire workforce.

Project order

2be – die markenmacher mainly accompanied the presentation and design of the value compass, which was based on the values: cohesion, curiosity, determination and …. This included the design of a 1.50 x 2 m poster wall and the graphic preparation of the compass, but also the selection and compilation of the giveaways (including sweets, computer and game accessories in a “blue bag”).

Result

Both the joint creation of the values compass and the implementation of the individual communication tools were enthusiastically received by the workforce. The Compass will be communicated even more comprehensively as part of the planned summer party and other (also external) marketing activities.
