The goal of HHAC Labor Dr. Heusler GmbH: to further digitalize and streamline the internal work steps. In addition, external perception should be improved by presenting SEO-optimized success stories (content marketing) to optimize and increase visibility and external impact.

In order to be able to continuously evaluate and optimize both processes, not only the introduction of digitized business processes – digital routines with precisely fitting software solutions – helped, but also the consistent rolling out of an online marketing strategy. The additional IT security module provided the necessary framework so that the employees involved could become familiar with the guard rails. At the same time, this enabled the technical performance and security gaps to be closed.
