Order situation
BWV Nordbayern-Thüringen faced the challenge of modernizing internal processes, standardizing digital systems, and equipping its employees for the future. The goal was to implement Odoo 18 in a structured manner as a central business platform and to strengthen the team’s digital skills —particularly in the area of generative AI.

The focus was on the structured implementation of Odoo 18 —from planning, module selection, data migration, and customization through to testing, training, and go-live—as well as a concise AI workshop covering ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other tools. This involved analyzing processes, defining workflows, setting up systems, preparing data, training users, and closely involving the team through review sessions and a shared Miro board.
Result
The rollout of Odoo 18 established a modern, transparent process framework that was widely embraced by users. The AI workshop captivated participants, helped overcome their initial reservations, and allowed them to experience the practical benefits of AI firsthand.
