On September 23, we partnered with Potenziale GmbH<\/strong><\/a> for the online event \u201cBlended Coaching \u2013 How You, as a Trainer, Can Get Started Digitally<\/a><\/strong>.\u201d The key message came right at the start: It\u2019s not about completely digitizing coaching and training. Quality continues to come from person-to-person interaction. At the same time, professionals and executives today want to learn with flexibility in terms of time and location, and companies can\u2019t afford to pay a coach\u2019s hourly rate for every training session. This is exactly where blended coaching comes in. <\/p>\n

The idea: personalized coaching plus digital modules<\/h2>\n

A vivid example illustrates how this works in practice: An executive books a coaching session because she can\u2019t say no. The issue is identified during the coaching session. The practice then takes place digitally\u2014for example, through a \u201cSaying No\u201d focus exercise\u2014as a kind of homework assignment to be completed before the next session. At the next session, what was learned is explored in greater depth together. This makes the work more meaningful, and the valuable coaching time is used where it has the greatest impact\u2014namely, in applying the lessons to everyday life. <\/p>\n

What makes this unique is that trainers don\u2019t have to become product developers themselves to achieve this in-depth impact. These are supplemented by short knowledge quizzes, in-depth content, and methods such as the Five Whys or the Disney Method. <\/p>\n

The offering is rounded out by what are known as SkillBoost Agents<\/strong>: specially trained AI agents, each of which supports a specific aspect of leadership\u2014such as initiating a critical discussion, asking open-ended questions, or reframing a situation. Privacy and Trust<\/h2>\n

One theme ran throughout the entire discussion: trust. The platform and AI are hosted by German providers in Germany, are GDPR-compliant, and do not have access to the open internet.
