One reason for this is that mobile work makes it possible to create a more flexible working environment and integrate more movement into everyday life. Instead of sitting in the office all day\, mobile workers can work in a variety of locations\, allowing them to be more physically active. “Sitting is the new smoking” is a well-known catchphrase\, suggesting that sitting for hours on end can have negative health effects. \nMatthias Brinkmann from 2be and Martin Reimer from Medical Valley will join you to highlight the benefits and opportunities of flexible working environments.
